iVend StoreCitiXsys Partners can also visit the iVend Store, where they can purchase and renew licences for their clients, order add-ons, and view information after getting login access from CitiXsys.
Training SupportCitiXsys has always been committed to train its channel partners to enable them to offer better services to their customers. With this in mind, we have created an e-learning portal where partners can register for skill-enhancement training. Sales training may also be made available through the partner’s local Channel Field Sales Manager, or through WebEx sessions conducted from the Partner website. Program members must complete this within 30 days of signing up. Channel Partners may contact the Channel Sales team with questions regarding training. Marketing SupportA full spectrum of information regarding our products and services is available via the Partner website. The following is a list of items that are available to a partner:

Sales SupportSales support for Channel Partners is available throughout the entire sales cycle – from joint selling and demonstration units to opportunity registration and upgrade opportunities. With dedicated support of our Channel Sales Managers, Sales team, Systems Engineers, and the Channel Marketing team, our entire team is aligned to work with global channel partners. The partner program members can use the Partner Portal for information on CitiXsys products and services, and raise queries that are answered within 24 hours. Partners can also contact the Channel Sales Manager for additional information.
Market Development Funds Benefits
Generic GuidelinesMarket Development Funds (MDF) are available to members of the CitiXsys Partner Program and are proposal-based. The following are the program usage guidelines:
- Partners must use MDF funds to support marketing programs that benefit CitiXsys. We reserve the right to direct the use of funds in a manner, which coincides with our business strategies
- Any deviations from the MDF Program Guidelines will require written request and subsequent approval by our Channel Programs Manager prior to implementation
- Partners must provide an annual business plan to be eligible for the MDF scheme.
